ENERGY HEALING: Transpersonal Energy Healing is a hands-on healing process. It involves using the Chakra Energy System to stimulate our innate healing abilities for a healthier body, mind and spirit.

MASSAGE: Swedish Massage involves the use of five basic massage strokes to relax muscles and improve circulation. It is known for relieving stress and promoting relaxaton, but it also benefits the cardiovascular, immune, nervous, endocrine, respiratory and digestive systems.
